The tourist service center of the Shanghai Happy Valley may provide information consulting, complaints and suggestions, Lost and Found and other related service information.
2) First-aid station
In the park, there is a first-aid station where the registered nurses provide first-aid service for tourists in need.
3) Goods deposit in Happy rvice
At the entrance of the park, there are deposit lockers available for rent. Goods below 10kg can be deposited free of charge.
4) Toilets
Valley have facilities designed for access by guests using wheelchairs or are adjacent to the companion restrooms.
5) Fun rides
Tourists with hypertension, heart disease or a height not reaching the standard are restricted from going on some rides in the park.
