A mission group from Thailand visited Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden on August 30. Professor Hu Yonghong, the executive director of Chenshan garden, and Huang Weichang, the deputy director of the garden, warmly received the guests.
The mission includes Professor Orawan of Kasetsart University and nine other teachers and graduate students from Thai universities, including Chiang Mai University, Mahidol University and Chulalongkorn University.
Professor Hu introduced the development and features of Chenshan Botanical Garden. Afterwards, Thai scholars and students talked with researchers at Chenshan garden and visited the research center, Quarry Garden and other themed gardens.
