Shanghai Happy Valley will hold a large Halloween Pumpkin Festival from Oct 19 to Nov 18. Shanghai Happy Valley plans to use 150,000 real pumpkins to decorate the park. The park will also hold pumpkin-themed activities during the festival, achieving a new record.
The carnival takes full advantage of the pumpkin theme. Tourists can see large-scale pumpkin scenery, including a giant pumpkin house, fancy pumpkin pyramid and an interesting pumpkin flower shelf. Pumpkin gourmet such as pumpkin chips, pumpkin pies, and pumpkin casserole will also be available to visitors. Meanwhile, many pumpkin-themed activities will attract tourists, such as pumpkin bowling games, pumpkin carving school and a pumpkin maze.
During the festival, the first pumpkin bowling match will give tourists a chance to experience bowling with a pumpkin. Pumpkin carving school and pumpkin painting classrooms will let tourists flex their creative muscles. Ghosts are a vital part of Halloween. Shanghai Happy Valley will prepare a fantastic adventure for tourists with five haunted houses and six charming shows, such as a vampire lords flash show and Chucky Dreamland show.
