Chenshan Botanical Garden will host a four-leaf clover themed fun fair to celebrate the coming Children's Day on June 1.
Children and their parents are guaranteed to have a great time by participating in four interesting activities - a best smile competition, a handcraft workshop, a question session on fruit and a quiz on aquatic botany. Even more fun, children will get a sticker by participating in each activity and will be rewarded with a lovely potted plant at the information center with a collection of four.
According to legend, Eve carried a four-leaf clover from the Garden of Eden. It is a rare plant as it has been estimated that there are approximately 10,000 three-leaf clovers for every four-leaf clover. It is recognized as a symbol of good luck, with the first leaf representing hope, the second faith, the third love and the fourth luck.
