Zhao Wen, vice-mayor of Shanghai, together with Xiao Guiyu, vice-secretary of Shanghai, and officials from the Shanghai Tourism Bureau and related departments in the district of Songjiang visited Sheshan National Tourism Resort on October 10.
During the visit, officials inspected the Guangfulin Historical Site, Shanghai Valley and other tourism project sites in the pipeline.
In a meeting later, Zhao said that the administration of Sheshan National Tourism Resort should work on improving service standards and providing safeguards. What’s more, Sheshan should seize opportunities and attract more investments to enhance its position as a scenic spot hub.
Located in Songjiang district, Sheshan National Tourist Resort is home to numerous hotels and scenic spots, such as Sheshan Forest Park, Happy Valley and Chenshan Botanical Garden.
