With Women's Day approaching, Shanghai Happy Valley is holding an event called "Party for the Queen and Her Sisters" throughout March. The event aims to provide women with a chance to experience the life of a queen and appreciate their own glamour and power. On March 8 and 9, all female customers to the Valley can enjoy half price tickets, amounting to 100 yuan ($ 16.3) per person.
One classic activity for Women's Day in Shanghai Happy Valley is a pillow fight. Every Saturday and Sunday during the event, tourists can join the pillow fight on the square in front of the Flying Cinema (except for August 8 and 9 when it will be staged in the Shanghai Bund Stunt Area).
The Valley will also give full play to its advantages: the "queens" can fully release their pressures in three stops in the Valley. Their trips can be exciting, adventurous or romantic.
All kinds of tailored performances will be available during the event, and the "queens" might even walk up onto the stage to get a taste of being a super star. Every weekend in March, female visitors can also work out in the valley.
On March 1, the opening day of the party, a surprise is being provided for the "queens": a large number of good-looking men are waiting in the Valley, and the "queens" might choose to ride a rollercoaster with their knight or Prince Charming.
