On May 11, Shanghai Happy Valley Joint Health organized an "Angels in White Happy Tour" with the Family Planning Commission, and General Union in Songjiang District, to celebrate International Nurses Day and to show respect for health care workers.
Songjiang officials, guests and 200 advanced health care workers gathered at Shanghai Happy Valley Arthur Palace in recognition of their work. After the ceremony, they were invited to the area's major theme parks to have fun.
Guided by the principle of "love, joy, and gratitude", Shanghai Happy Valley took real action to create a happy journey for the angels in white.
International Nurses Day (IND) is celebrated around the world on 12 May each year, to mark the contributions nurses make to society.
