From May 15 to 16, Wang Rui, director of the marketing department of Chenshan Botanical Garden, attended a training course on recreational vehicle (RV) travel standardization and received a certificate.
The event was organized by Shanghai's Municipal Tourism Bureau for the first time.
In total, 135 participants from over 100 departments and enterprises in the tourism industry in Shanghai attended the RV travel standardization courses. The organizer invited famous experts and scholars, including Professor Quan Sheng, to give lectures.
The training content included policy and legal issues in "RV travel service area basic requirements" (DB31/T-2013), RV tourism development and planning, construction and management, and operations models, and achieved good results from the training.
Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden is a national AAAA grade scenic spot, integrating research, gardening and science tourism. As the leisure economy is booming, Chenshan Botanical Garden will take the initiative to kick off RV travel campsite construction and create a world-class RV campsite to serve the public.
