The Shanghai Playa Maya Water Park at the Sheshan National Tourist Resort, Songjiang district of Shanghai, held an underwater kiss contest on July 5.
The contest was organized to celebrate the International Kissing Day held annually on July 6. It attracted nearly 1,000 applicants, of which 20 couples were selected to compete for the longest underwater kiss.
A couple from Shanghai's Yangpu district won the competition with a love kiss lasting 80 seconds under the water.
