At the entrance to the exhibition hall, a large number of oil paintings come into view. These 43 impressive works were produced by the artist Luo Fangyang and depict the beautiful and mysterious starry universe.
Following the art hall is the astronomical science hall, equipped with various multimedia devices to explain the research progress of the observatory. Complex concepts like inter-stellar dust, the solar system and black holes are popularized in the form of cartoons, flash shows and slides.
