The Sheshan National Tourist Resort in Shanghai held an inauguration ceremony on Jan 18 to announce that it has brought in a cultural innovation project to build a new cultural industrial park in the area.

The resort owns rich forest resources and uses the concept of "embrace nature, leisure and tourism", which provides a great environment for the development of the cultural innovation industry.
The cultural industrial park will be located at No.3770 Sichen Road, covering a total of 150,000 square meters. With an innovative operating model of "Fund + Base", the park will have hotels, commercial streets, office buildings and centers for entrepreneurship.
Differing from traditional commercial properties, the park will integrate multiple resources together including culture, finance and real estate, aiming to build a model cultural innovation park in the country.
