Racing season goes out on a high at Sheshan

Hundreds of motorsport enthusiasts headed to Sheshan Tianma Circuit (STC) on the morning of Oct 25 to watch the 35th Tianma Racing Championship, the last motor battle of the 2017 season.

On the morning prior to the competition, racing participants engaged in a few practice laps to help them get ready for the race. Apart from the traditional motorcycle and touring car races, there were also Kawasaki Ninja Cup and Honda Racing events.

In the Motorcycle Open Champion, the MINI Group races delighted the fans, with the female rider Chen Lin from the RRONT team winning first place and her teammates Shen Tielongya and Sun Cheng taking second and third places respectively.

The Super A+B motorcycle group also provided excellent entertainment for the fans, with a furious battle of overtaking and countermoves. In the Super A group race, Zhou Fenglong from Ningbo's KTM team swept to first place, and Li Haibo from Ningbo's KTM also won the Super B group.

In the final race of the Honda 15CC, the contestants pulled out all the stops. After a fierce 12-lap race, Li Qishen from the Shanghai 51 team won the Group A championship and Ma Yaguang from the same team rode to victory in Group B.

In the touring car event, ASR team's Xu Xin overpowered the field to win Group C, while Hu Yanliang from the GYT-racing team got the first place in Group D

The Group A trophy went to Wang Xinze of the itrack-the one racing team. Fan Kai was the winner in Group B.

In addition to tournament awards, HAWK, the partner of STC, also provided high-performance brake pads as the prize.
