Members of the administrative committee of the Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort on March 31 attended a spring tourism products promotion conference to raise the profile of the resort in the city of Suzhou, in East China's Jiangsu province.
The conference was held by the administrative committee of the Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone to promote the culture and tourism resources of the Yangtze River Delta region and enhance their cooperation.
Sheshan resort representatives gave a presentation, saying that the resort, which is home to many major tourism attractions in Shanghai, is perfectly placed to satisfy the needs of most people throughout the year.
They also introduced its major tourist attractions -- including the Chenshan Botanical Garden, Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park and Shanghai Happy Valley -- and invited those at the conference and visitors from the Yangtze River Delta region to go there for a spring outing.
