The Journey of Shaolin, a popular Kung fu child play, will be staged at Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park this week.
The play made its debut at the Shanghai Grand Theatre in May and was sold out in two weeks.
The play is a Sino-German production that integrates elements of Chinese Kung fu, dance, music and drama, and is suitable for children aged 3 to 12 years old.
The play's performing team from the Mount Song Shaolin Temple Martial Arts Gymnasium was once nominated for the Tony Awards, which was established by the American Theatre Wing to recognize excellence in plays and musicals staged on Broadway.
