With 2022 just around the corner, Chenshan Mountain in Shanghai recently launched a hiking activity for people looking to pray for good fortune in the new year.

Chenshan Mountain offer breathtaking natural views, with viewing platforms providing great vantage points of the Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden.
Upon reaching the peak, visitors can strike the large bell to pray for a prosperous new year as well as write down their wishes on red ribbons and tie them to the trees.
Specially-designed postcards featuring images of plants will also be offered for visitors looking to express New Year greetings to relatives and friends.
Chenshan Mountain is located within the Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort in Songjiang district.
