Starting on June 1, tourist spots in Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort will gradually resume operations, according to the Songjiang Management Committee of Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort.
Major spots in the resort such as Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park, Chenshan Botanical Garden, Sheshan National Forest Park, Yuehu Sculpture Park, Tianma Country Club, and Sheshan International Golf Club reopened on June 1.
Other spots like Shanghai Happy Valley and Shanghai Shimao Dream City are preparing for reopening this month.
Shanghai's culture and tourism administration has announced that grade A tourism facilities that are outdoor or where outdoor resources account for at least 50 percent of the total area can open their doors to the public. Tourist attractions in enclosed spaces will be able to reopen when the epidemic situation further improves.

According to a reopening announcement issued by Chenshan Botanical Garden on May 30, the garden will reopen to the public from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with visitor capacity capped at 50 percent of maximum capacity.
Outdoor spaces are open to the public, but the canteen, conservatory, boat, quarry garden and other indoor facilities will remain closed. Only the entrance at Gate 1 (No 3888, Chenhua Road, Songjiang district) will be open, with the other entrances remaining closed.
According to the notice, people must make online real-name reservations and purchase tickets at least one day ahead of their visit, and present a negative nucleic acid test result taken within 72 hours before admittance. The park will also check visitors' temperature and health codes.

According to Sheshan National Forest Park's reopening announcement issued on May 30, the park will reopen to the public with visitor capacity capped at 75 percent of maximum capacity.
Visitors can make real-name reservations and purchase tickets on the park's WeChat account.
The park will check visitors' temperature, reservation code, Suishen code, travel code and nucleic acid test information. Visitors entering the park must wear masks and show a negative nucleic acid test result taken within 72 hours prior to entry.
