The 2023 Shanghai City Amateur League Paddleboard Series and the first Master Cup Paddleboard Race kicked off at Shanghai Yuehu Lake Sculpture Park recently, attracting over 100 paddleboard enthusiasts of all ages.
The participants competed in three groups: men's, women's and junior. The top eight in each group and category advanced to the next round.
The oldest contestant was 59 years old, while the youngest was six.
The event was organized to promote the sport of paddleboarding and encourage more people to participate in physical activities and have a healthy lifestyle.
