Nowadays, with the early cherry blossoms at Chenshan Botanical Garden – in East China's Shanghai – now having reached their peak bloom, hordes of visitors are pouring in to witness the visual extravaganza.

In spite of the crowds, folks still find the experience in the garden to be delightful – engaging in activities such as photography, cherry blossom appreciation, tea drinking, card games and taking leisurely strolls with their kids.

Photography has emerged as a thriving business in response to the cherry blossom fervor, with photographers equipped with professional gear and assistants ready with props and lighting equipment to ensure they get the very best shots.

But amid all the cherry blossom mania, the atmosphere remains respectful, with people mindful of the proper etiquette, avoiding disruptive behavior like shaking branches or plucking flowers.

In addition to the cherry blossoms, the Chenshan Botanical Garden offers opportunities for visitors to interact with resident animals like alpacas, goats, peacocks and swans – attracting considerable interest, particularly from kids.
